Running on asphalt vs. Running in the mountains
The run is one of the most caloric sports because the muscles are activated in the body as long as it remains steady. However, the percentage of fat that is burned running down the mountain turns out to be higher than that of an asphalt surface. The reason is that a hike up the mountain translates into HIIT training.
The jogging trails train endurance and are linked to a component of considerable strength in the upper body, which in turn helps tone your chest, shoulders, back, and abdomen. If you also build uneven terrain, the result is more stable muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

The main source of air comes from cities with traffic. If you exercise on land relatively far from the city, you will not be exposed to polluting gasses.
As you can see, changing the city for the mountains has more pros than cons. So decide where you sit best and exercise with the correct technique to stay fit and healthy.
