Surely you had not heard the term Joyoga, the truth I have not. When I heard it, I did some more research so I could share all of this with you. This practice fuses music with dance and HathaYoga. Its main base is metaphysics. Marianela Cataño, a certified yoga teacher, was the creator of this new concept.
Origin of Joyoga
Since adolescence, Mariana has practiced meditation, mantra chanting, satsangs, and Hatha Yoga. He knows body movements and has also practiced studies and meditation on metaphysics. In the end, it occurred to him to create the Joyoga. The only thing that this practice seeks is that you enjoy and have fun with a little rhythm, in training and in life in general.
How to do a routine
You should start with circles on the head. Then spread one leg to the side and cross the other leg in front. Repeat the movement with both legs. Then repeat the movement but now the legs should go behind. Then walk from right to left with 4 side steps crossed from behind. You must raise and lower your arms for the warrior pose while stretching and flexing your legs. Bend one leg at a 90 ° angle, while the other leg is straight.
To do the inverted warrior. Stretch your arms as you stretch your legs. Take a forward stroke and come down with an iron. Side planks can be done by resting one foot on the floor in front of the hips. You must alternate the knee with the opposite elbow and repeat the movement with both legs.
If you’re doing the downward-facing dog, alternate raising and lowering your heels as you bend your knees. The right leg should be up with the toes pointed. Your hips open as you bend your knees. The right heel should want to reach the hips from behind. Then repeat the movement with the other leg.
These movements will make you connect with yourself.
